This policy explains how Brizemar processes the personal data of its customers and of people who contact us.

Brizemar is the controller of the personal data of its own customers and contacts; it does not act as a processor on behalf of any other entity.
2. Purposes of processing
- Managing quotes, scheduling visits, and delivering the installation, repair and maintenance services requested.
- Invoicing and complying with tax and accounting obligations.
- Communicating with you about appointments, quotes, notices and service issues.
- Producing the work report for each visit, including photographic evidence of the installation worked on.
- Handling enquiries received by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- Telling you about Brizemar Care when you expressly ask us to.
3. Legal basis
- Performance of a contract, or pre-contractual steps (a quote, delivering the service).
- Compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting).
- Brizemar's legitimate interest in operational management and in keeping documentary proof of the work carried out.
- Consent, when expressly requested (for example, to receive information about Brizemar Care).
4. Data processed
Identification and contact details (name, phone number, email, installation address), contractual data (quotes, invoices, visit history), and photographs of the equipment and work carried out, taken as evidence of the service delivered.
5. Retention period
Data is kept for as long as the relationship with the customer lasts and, afterwards, for the statutory limitation periods applicable to tax, accounting and civil liability.
6. Recipients
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We only share data with providers strictly necessary to operate (for example, our accounting/tax advisers, scheduling and management tools, or web-hosting and email providers), always under the corresponding data-processing agreement.
7. Photographs of installations
As part of the job, our technicians take photographs of the equipment and installation before, during and/or after the work. These photographs are used as evidence of the work carried out and form part of the customer's service report. They are not published or used for commercial or promotional purposes without your express authorisation.
8. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to [email protected], stating which right you wish to exercise. If you believe our processing of your data does not comply with the applicable rules, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
9. Security
Brizemar applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
